A 36 year Old female had history of Back pain with Both Lower Limb sciatica like pain since 2 years. Her pain used to increase with standing and walking and she felt better at rest. Her symptoms had worsened over last few weeks and she had developed list. Her MRI showed huge slip disc at L4-5 level with severe lumbar canal stenosis. She had tried different non operative measures but her pain was not improving. She underwent L4-5 discectomy and Fusion (TLIF). She had significant improvement in her pain post surgery and was able to resume her work in 2 weeks.
