Adjacent Segment Degeneration with Neurogenic claudication This 73 year old male presented with bilateral leg pain on walking and standing. He had a history of spine surgery i10 years back. He was better for last 9 years but started complaining of leg pain on walking and standing. His MRI showed good decompression at previously operated level but had severe stenosis at L34 level, He underwent laminectomy L4 and L5 his pain improved significantly and was discharged in 3 days.
