Adloscent Idiopathic Scoliosis This 13 year old girl presented to us with progressive deformity for last 1 year. He main complaint was prominent rib hump, She underwent Posterior deformity correction with Pedicle screws fixtion, Multilevel Ponte osteotomy and Deformity correction. The surgery was done under Neuromonitoring. Patient was Mobilised on 2nd and discharged on 4th day. Her scoliosis correction was satisfactory with significant reduction in rib Hump.
