Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis A 13 year old girl presented to us with Right sided rib hump and prominent shoulder blade she also had chest asymmetry with right shoulder at higher than left. She had attained Menarche 6 months back. The Deformity was progressive and parents were concerned about cosmesis. Her whole spine Xrays showed double curves - Thoracic and lumbar curves. After thourough counselling, She underwent Selective fusion of Thoracic curve under Neuromonitoring at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. Intraoperative and Post operative period was uneventful. She was mobilised 2 days after surgery and discharged on fourth day. Post operative Xray showed good Correction with restoration of normal parameters.
