Anderson Lesion Andersion lesion is a three column fracture of spine seen in Ankylosing Spondylitis patients. Its basically a nonuinion of microfracture leading to back pain and sometimes neurological deficit. Only treatment is surgery Long segment pedicle screw fixation.
