Ankylosing Spondylitis and three column thoracolumbar fracture A 78 year old patient, Known case of Ankylosisng Spondylitis had a fall at home 1 month back. He complained of Severe Back pain and was not able to move out of bed. His Xray was normal and did not show any fracture. MRI showed a three column fracture . Patient inderwent pedicle screw fixation. Post operatively he had pain releif and was mobilsed in 4 days
