Ankylosing Spondylitis with three column fracture and Dorsal Myelopathy This 45 year old male presented to us with Back pain and walking difficulty since last 2 years. He devloped sudden onset weakness and imbalance on walking since 1 day. He also developed loss of urinary control and constipation. His MRI showed Spinal cord compression with spinal cord edema. He underwent urgent Laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation. He started improving after surgery and was discharged on Physiotherapy.
