Ankylosing Spondylitis with Anderson Lesion This 55 year old male presented to us with History of fall 3 months back with Back pain. He was a known case of Ankylosing Spondylitis. His MRI and CT of Spine showed spine fracture with Non union, with large cavity. This was Anderson Lesion. He underwent pedicle screw fixation at Jaypee Hospital Noida by Dr Pramod Saini. His pain improved and he was discharged after 4 days.
