Patient from Nigeria -Decompression and fusion This patient presented to us with significant back and leg pain. His walking and standing time was significantly reduced. His MRI showed 2 level Spondylolisthesis at L34 and L45 level with lumbar canal stenosis. He had been advised surgery at his country so he came to India for further treatment. He underwent two level TLIF . His pain improved significantly post surgery and his walking time and standing time increased significantly.
