Cervical Myelopathy and Cervical laminectomy A 70 year old male presented to us with sudden onset weakness in both legs and hands since last 1 week. He also gave history of imbalance while walking since last 3 years which was progressive. His MRI showed severe compression in cervical spine with cord oedema. He underwent Cervical laminectomy without fixation. He showed some imrovement immeiately after surgery and was discharged after 3 days
