Cervical Myelopathy - Decompression and lateral mass fixation This 72 year old female patient from Agra presented to us with complaints of weakness of both hands with imbalance on walking for last 1 month. Her MRI showed C34 spondylolisthesis with Cord Oedema with Multilevel Compression . She also had Lumbar canal stenosis for last ten years. In view of progresive weakness she underwent Cervical Laminectomy and Lateral mass fixation. She was kept in ICU for a day and then shifted to ward. Her Neurology started improving and was dischared after 5 days.
