Cervical Myelopathy A 48 year old male presented to uswith gradually progressive weakness in both upper and lower limbs with imbalance on walking. He also complained of change in handwriting and difficulty in griping objects. His MRI showed C56 and C^& slip disc with OPLL and spinal cord compressionand cord Oedema. He was counselled regardig surgery. He underwent Anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion. He improved significantly post surgery and was discharged very next day to home.
