Cervical Myelopathy with spinal cord compression with cord Oedema This 72 year old male presented to us with neck pain, difficutly in walking, standing and with weakness in grip . Also he was suferring from long standing kidney disease. His MRI showed OPLL ( Ossified ligamentum flavum) with spinal cord compression. He underwent Cervical laminectomy and lateral mass fixation. He showed significant improvement on 3 month follow up.
