Cervical Myelopathy due to C45 Spondylolisthesis with Instability 30 yeart old female patient from Kazakhstan presented with Neck pain with difficulty in walking. Her MRI of Cervical Spine Showed C45 Spondylolisthesis with Severe Kyphosis and Instability. She underwent Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and Fusion (ACCF).
