Cervical Myelpathy A 74 year ld man presented to us with history of fall and sudden onset weakness in all four limbs. He required support for sitting and walking. he had severe neck and arm pain. His MRI showed Ankylosed Spine due to DISH with three column fracture and spinal cord compression. There was cord Oedema also. He underwent posterior Spinal decompression and Cervical spine fixation from C2 to T1. He had significant improvement in neurology and pain and was discharged after 4 days.
