Cervical Spine fracture with Radiculopathy A patient from Iraq presented to us with Neck pain and left arm pain & tingling for last 3 months. He had history of road traffic accident with Fractur in cervical spine which was managed conservatively in collar. His xray showed fracture collapse of C7 vertebrae with Kyphosis. MRI & CT showed unilateral facet dislocation with a fractrue fragment Compressing the Exiting Nerve root. He underwent Anterior Cervical Decompression and fixation- C56 ACDF & C67 partial Corpectomy with cage insertion and plate fixation. His post operative period was uneventful and patient was discharged in 3 days with collar. He had significant releif in pai and flew back to Iraq in 10 days
