Cervical Spine Metastasis - ACCF Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and fusion ( ACCF) This 55 year old male from Haldwani presented to us with Neck pain and Arm pain for last 2 months. He was a known case of CA colon with metastasis to Spine. His MRI showed C4 collapse with tumor mass compreesing the nerve root. He Underwent Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and fusion by Dr Pramod Saini at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. His pain improved after Surgery and was discharged on 3rd day.
