Coccydynia and its management 54 yr old had pain in the region of tail bone since last 8 yrs. He had history of fall 8 yrs back with fracrure of sacral bone. He was not able to sit for more than 5 mins but was comfortable standing and walking. becuase of inability to sit for long period he had taken VRS from his job. He had tried medicines and physiotherapy for long time without any releif. He also underwent per rectal manipulation under anaesthesia. finallly he underwent coccygectomy i.e coccyx excisison.
