Degenerative Lumbar scoliosis with Lateral listhesis - decompression and fixation with Pedicle screw fixation and TLIF at L45 This 68 year old female had been suffering from severe back pain with leg pain for last 6 months. Her main complaint was difficulty in getting out of bed in morning and used to take at least 90 mins for her to get out of bed due to pain. Her Xray and MRI showed L45 Spondylolisthesis with lateral listhesis, Degenerative scoliosis and Lumbar canal stenosis. She had tried medication and physiotherapy without any improvement. Final she came to us at Department of Spine surgery Jaypee hospital, Noida. She underwent decompression and fixation with Pedicle screw fixation and TLIF at L45. She had significant pain releif and was mobilised out of bed in 2 days. She was discharged on day 4 and is expected to make complete recovery in 3 month.
