Degenerative Scoliosis This patient presented to us with back pain and pain going into the legs since 2 months. She had dificulty in standing and walking and neded support . He Xray and MRI of Spine showed Degenerative scoliosis with nerve compression at L34 , L45 and L5S1. She underwent two level Decompression and pedicle screw fixation and TLIF at L34. Post Surgery, She improved significantly and mobilised.
