Degenerative Scoliosis with Lumbar canal stenosis This 80 year old lady from Noida presented to us with back pain and pain going into both her legs. Her walking and standing time was significantly less. Her MRI showed Multilevel compression from L2 to S1 with Nerve root compression. She underwent Posterior Laminectomy and Pedicle screw fixation from L2 to L5 . She had significant pain releif after surgery and discharge after 5 days.
