Degenerative Spondylolisthesis and Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody fusion A 49 year old female patient from Iraq presented to us with Back pain and radiation to legs since last 1 year. She had difficulty sitting standing and walking for more than few minutes. Her Mri showed L45 and l5 S1 degenerative Spondylolisthesis with Lumbar canal stenosis . She underwent 2 level fusion. She had significant pain releif and was discharged after two days.
