Dorsal Myelopathy due to Ossified Ligamentum Flavum and Dorsal Laminectomy A 79 year old male presented to us with Imbalance on walking with tightness in legs. His MRI showed OLF with Spinal cord compression at D9, D10 level with cord Oedema.He underwent Dorsal laminectomy without instrumentation and Spinal cord was adequately decompressed.He is expected to make significant Neurological recovery in 6 months.
