Dorsal Myelopathy with Ossified Ligamentum Flavum This 56 year old female presented to us with imbalance on walking for last 10 years with urinary incontinence. Her problem was gradually increasing. Her MRI showed Ossified ligamentum fflavum along with Disc osteophyte and spinal cord compression. She had ben advised surgery at multiple centres but was reluctant.
