Endoscopic Discectomy For L5S1 Slip disc and Sciatica Endoscopic discectomy is a minimally invasive spine surgery. This patient from Noida presented to us with lower limb pain for last 6 months. Her walking and standing was severely reduced. Her MRI showed L5S1 disc herniation with nerve root compression. She underwent Endoscopic Discectomy with disc fragment excision and nerve root decompresion by Dr Pramod Sain at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. Her pain was significantly reduced and was discharge Next Day.
