Epidural block/Selective nerve root block This patient from Merrut presented to us with severe radiating pain in her leg. Her MRI showed L45 disc with nerve compression. She was initially prescribed medicines, , but she did not have any releif. She underwent selective nerve root block of L4 and L5. it was a day care procedure done under local anaesthesia. patient had significant pain releif immediately after injection. She was discharged after 2 hours of observation and resumed her activities after 2 days.
