Extradural Spinal tumour A 45 year old female presented to us with back pain and difficulty in walking for last 6 months.She had lost her urine control for last 6 days and was on urinary cathetar. Her MRI showed extradural tumour at D11 - D12 region extending into paraspinal region. She underwent Laminectomy and tumour excision. Her lpain and imbalance improved significantly and bladder function is expected to improve in 3 months.
