High grade spondylolisthesis and TLIF 57 yr female had severe back pain with both calf and thigh pain for last 4 years. Pain increased with sitting standing and walking and used to get better with rest. She could not sit, stand or walk for more than 10 min. Her MRI showed grade 3 lytic listhesis with lumbar canal stenosis. She underwent decompression and fusion (TLIF) L5S1.
