High Grade Spondylolisthesis A 35 year old female presented to us with severe back pain radiating to both lower legs since last 2 years. she could not stand or sit or walk for more than 10 to 15 minutes. her walking and standing time was gradually decreasing and the activities of daily living was severely affected. the X-ray and MRI showed Grade 2 spondylolisthesis at L5 S1 with nerve root compression on both sides after counselling she underwent laminectomy and fusion at L5 S1 level. She showed significant improvement after surgery and was discharged after 3 days.
