L 45 Spondylolisthesis and Lumbar cana stenosis A 43 year old female patient from dadri presented to us with back pain and leg pain since last one year .Her walking and standing time was severly restricted. Her MRI showed L45 spondylolisthesis with canal stenosis. She underwent L45 TLIF i.e Transforaminal interbody fusion. Her pain and walking significantly increased and she was discharged in three days
