L45 Spondylolisthesis - TLIF Spinal Fusion This 58 year old male presented to us with severe back and leg pain. He was not able to stand or walk for more than few minutes. His MRI showed L45 Spondylolisthesis and Lumbar canal stenosis. He underwent L45 Lmainectomy and fusion (TLIF). He was mobilised in 2 days and discharged. His pain improved significantly and his pain was also better post surgery.
