L45 Spondylolisthesis with lumbar canal stenosis This 50 year old male from Bihar presented to us with Back pain and both leg pain on walking for last 1 year. His walking and standing was severely restricted. His MRI Spine showed L 45 Spondylolisthesis with severe disc degeneration and Lumbar canal stenosis & nerve compression. He underwent L4 L5 laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation with TLIF at L45. His symptoms improved significantly and he was discharged after 3 days.
