L5 S1 spondylolisthesis 52 year old female presented to us with Back pain with both lower limb pain for last 4 years. Her Walking & amp; Standing time was severly restricted and was gradually detoriating. Her MRI Showed L5 S1 spondylolisthesis with severe foraminal stenosis. She underwent L5 S1 TLIf 9 Transforaminal Lumbar foraminal Interbody Fusion).
