L5 S1 Spondylolisthesis - TLIF ( Fusion Surgery) This patient from Agra presented to us with history of back pain and radiation to legs. She was not able to stand and walk for more than few minutes due to pain. Her MRI showed L5 S1 Spondylolisthesis with Significant foraminal nerve root compression . Patient had unbearable pain with difficulty in walking and standing. She unerwent decompression and fixation - TLIF. Her pain improved significanty and she was discharged after 3 days.
