L5 S1 Spondylolisthesis and Sciatica This patient from Hapur presented to us with back pain and unrelenting leg pain since 15 days. He had history of similar episodes in past and had no releif with medications. His Xray and MRI showed grade 2 spondylolisthesis with significant nerve compression. He underwent TLIF L5 S!. He had significant pain releif and back to his work in a month. His follow up xray at 3 months showed complete fusion.
