L5S1 Spondylolisthesis - Laminectomy, Pedicle screw fixation and Fusion This 58 year old female presented to us with long standing back and leg pain with significantly decreased walking and standing time. She also had urinary incontinence. Her MRI of Spine and xray showed Degenerative L5 S1 Spondylolisthesis. She underwent Laminectomy with Fusion. She had significant releif in pain. Her walking time and standing time increased and she is expected to make significant recovery in 3 months.
