Lumbar canal stenosis A 58 year old male presented to us with back pain with severe radiating pain to both legs since last 1 year . His walking time and standing time was severly restricted. He also complained of weakness in one leg and was limping during walking. his MRI showed severe lumbar canal stenosis with nerve compression He underwent Multilevel Laminectomy and fixation from L2 to L5 vertebrae. He was allowed to sit , stand and walk from next day and discharged after 3 days. On follow up he showed significant improvement in walking, standing and weakness.
