Lumbopelvic fixation for Sacral fracture A 65 year old male presented to us with history of fall 9 months back. He had severe back pain with both lower limb radiation with reuced walking and standing time. His MRI showed Coronal fracture of S 1 with non unionand severe lumbar canal stenosis. He underwent Lumbopelvic fixation from L4 to pelvis with pedicle screws amd S2Alar illiac screw.
