Micro Endoscopic discectomy (MED) This 23 year old girl from Aligarh came to us with severe back and leg pain with only few minutes of walking and standing time. She had sciatic list with body tilted to lt side. Her MRI showed a large L45 disc with significant canal stenosis. She underwent Micro Endoscopic Discectomy . After surgery she was made to sit stand and walk from next day . Her walking time and standing time significantly improved and at 1 year she is leading a normal life.
