Minimally invadsive spine Surgery - TB of Spine This 72 year old presented to us with back pain for last 1 month. Her MRI showed L45 diskitis with nerve compression, She had difficulty in walking and standing and was bed ridden. She underwent Minimaly invasive decompression and fixation with biopsy. Biopsy confirmed Tuberculosis of spine. She was started on ATT . He rpain improved, She was mobilised and discharged.
