Minimally invasive spine surgery - 2 level Laminectomy This 64 year old male presented to us with lower limb pain on walking and standing for last few months. His walking and standing time was oly 5-10 minutes. His MRI was showing Lumbar canal stenosis at L45 and L5S1 level. He uderwent Microscopic surgery- Two level Laminectomy through a very small incison of 1and a half inch. Post surgery he was mobilised next day and discharged. His walking and standing time improved significantly .
