Neuromuscular Scoliosis This patient from Iraq came to us with complaints of Back pain. He had an accident at 2 years of age and since then he had weakness below waist and was walking with walker. His xray showed significant scoliosis leading to cosmetic deformity and back pain. He underwent Scoliosis correction with pedicle screws. His neurology improved post surgery and patient was very happy with outcome.
