Non Operative Management of Cervical Vertebra Fracture 40 year old patient had to neck injury to neck following road traffic accident. He complained of severe neck pain with normal neurology. His xray and MRI showed displaced fracture of C2 cervical vertebra (odontoid) without any cord compression. Fracture was managed Non operatively with closed reduction and Halo vest application for 6 weeks. X ray done at 6 weeks showed fracture was united and Halo vest was removed. He was given Soft cervical collar for next 6 weeks and went back to his job as a pharmacist at 3 months.
