Nonunion of Vertebral Fracture - Pedicle screw fixation and Vertebroplasty A 37 year old male had fall from hieght resulting in L1 fracture. Patient had Severe pain in back without any deficit. He was managed conservatively but even after 2 months his pain was severe. A new MRI showed Nonubion of fracture with Instability. He undervent Cement Augumentation with Screw fixation with Significant releif in Pain.
