Osteoporotic Fractures and Vertebroplasty 53 year old female had fall at home. She developed severe back pain and was not able to stand or walk. Her MRI showed fracture with cleft in L 1 vertebrae. In view of cleft she was advised cementing and Pedicle screw fixation. After surgery she had significant improvement in pain and was dischrged after 3 days. At 3 months follow up her fracture had united and she was pain free.
