Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture - Vertebroplasty This 72 year old female presented to us with history of fall 2 months back. She had D12 vertebrae fracture and was managed with conservative treatment for 2 months. She still had pain on movement and getting out of bed was very painful. Her New MRI showed D12 Osteoporotic Vertebral compression fracture with cleft and Nonunion. In view of MRI findings and pain she was advised Vertebroplasty. She Underwent vertebrolasty under local anaesthesia . Post procedure Her pain Improved significantly and was discharged next day.
