Post Discectomy Discitis and Revision spine Surgery 45 year old male had undergone L34, L45 Discectomy and Laminectomy in a Medical College in Ranchi. He improved initially but developed Back pain, fever and pus discharge from surgical site. He was stated on antibiotics but his symptoms did not improve. He presented to us with complaints of severe Back Pain on walking and change of posture. His new MRI LS spine showed destuction of L1-2 to L45 disc spaces with pus collection. Patient underwent Revision Spine Surgery. L1 to L5 Pedicle Screw fixation was done and Disc space debrided. Pus and granulation tissue were sent for investigations.
