Cervical myelopathy and its management 58 yr old male, policeman by profession, presented with neck pain, weakness in all four limbs, change in hand writing, his MRI showed mult level disc degeneration with cord compression and cord oedema. Pt had cervical spondylytic myelopathy. He underwent cervical laminectomy without fusion. He was advised soft collar for 3 months. From next day he was mobilised out of the bed.
