Revision Spine Suregry - Spinal Fusion 23 year old male operated 2 years back for Slip disc at L45 with sciatica pain in legs. He was alright for few months but again developed back pain with pain in calf. He was again managed conservatively with medicines and Physiotherapy but did not show any releif. His new MRI showed two level degenerative disc disease with stenosis. Finally he underwent 2 level fusion with decompression. His pain has improved and he is under follow up.
