Revision Spine Surgery- Cervical Laminectomy and Lumabar Laminectomy This patient from Congo presented to us with History of spine surgery 1 year back. She had undergone ACDF and Lumbar laminectomy. She had minimal releif after surgery. Her new MRI showed residual compression in both lumbar and cervical spine. She underwent revision laminectomy and fixation in both lumbar and cervical spine in same sitting. She improved significantly post surgery. Her pain was better and walking time improved.
